Wedding Card

I made this card for dear friends of my family. They got married in May and their just a wonderful couple and I wanted to make something special for them.

Hot Dog!

Hey everyone!
I was taking a break from creating for a few weeks. It was a must vaccation. And I am now working on a few things. My parents 38th anniversary was very nice. We had a very nice relaxing day. Edelweiss cake was beautiful and so so yummy! If you havent tried edelweiss cake then you dont know what your missing and it is not sweet enough that you feel like 10lbs are beind gained with every bite!
Ok now that my advertising for the wonderful bakery is over(elephant ears, cookies,apple strudel is amazing)

    I was wanting to make a special card for my brother. I saw on youtube.com a card readysetstamp
a card she made with scraps and it was a hot dog, I had the cartridge and the scraps and my brother love love LOVEs hot dogs. I thought it was the perfect card to make him. I didnt have an envelope to fit it so I used for a longer card on a different cartridge and I fit it all on my gypsy.

He loved this card and I really enjoyed making it for him!

Welcome Baby Kylie!

Hello everyone!
I have been BUSY with making cards for 2 days. I was asked by friends to make a card for them for the same event. I friend recently had her baby girl. Even though she was only 4lbs she was healthy enough to go home with her mama.

I made an envelope really quick with a bunch of pink and purple flowers. I didnt take a picture becaus I did it so fast and I had to take care of a bunch of things.

Mom and I are going by this afternoon with all of the goodies! Little girls are so much fun to shop for dont you agree!?!?!?!

neighbors baby card

Hi Everyone!
My neighbor is about to pop so I thought it would be nice to make her a card. My mom wants to giver her a gift card also.
I was watching a video and I fell in love with an agyle design I have on my cricut. I was trying to figure out what I could use it on, then when I was talking to my mom she had said my neighbor (they just moved in) was pregnant and she is due at the end of April or sometime in May and it would be nice to give her a card and a gift card. So a light bulp went of for the use of that design and it turned out so cute.

I will post a picture of the envelope I made fore it later on.

 I will definitly be usingthat design again!

Mom and Dad 38th Anniversary card

Hi Everyone!
My Mom and Dad's anniversary is coming up in May. I am still working on a few things, but I got the card all done!
I know its early but I did a card for my dad for a surprise he has for my mom. Ill take pictures of the card later, it is so cute I love it, It is my mom all the way...

I also made this adorable envelope....

This card took me awhile because one of the cuts is an outline for the leaves and I cut it out in white and inked it with several colors. It looks so awesome, I hope they like it. The envelope is 2 different kinds of paper flowers  both are shades of tan and two shades of geen leaves. I was debating with the ribbon on the card, but as I was looking through my ribbon stash I found this beige lace and thought it would look awesome and it would make the card a vintage feeling.

I loved the way it turned out!

Anniversary card

Hi Everyone!
Boy am I glad to be back!!!
My eldest brother an Sis in-law just had their 5 year anniversary.
I had an idea I found on pintrest, but of coarse I mademy own spin on it. my sis in-law likes thing simple and blue, brothers favorite color is blue. So this is what I came up with....

I also made an envelope seal to go with it. It is the same scallop heart but smaller and it has a B in the middle but in the picture you can hardly see it. It looks even better in person.

 

I lovr how these turnd out and they both loved it!

Hi Everyone!
Its late, I'm tired and should be in bed, but I wanted to share these.
I made a bookmark and I altered one of my $1 sets of note cards to match it.
I need to not put so much liquid pearls on my creations, I like the look of them, they turned out cute, but Simple looks way better. I need an AAA meeting but for liquid pearls and shiny stuff. I promise that from now on I will put down the liquid pearls and just go the simple but sensational route. Im rambling so lets go to the pictures.......

Mom and G-ma's bookmarks

Hi Everyone!
These were the first bookmarks I made. My mom picked the doggy out and G-ma picked the beautiful butterfly.
I had alot of fun making these annd they both enjoy them so much. G-ma wont even use hears much for fear of ruining it.

I was looking through my pictures in my phone I came across these. These were 4 of my first batch of bookmarks I made for my Bestie in N. CA and her family. When I made them I fell in love with making them, I hope they are enjoying them as much as I did in making them!

 

Simply charmed (CC): yellow/light orange cardstock: 3 1/2" (shirt)

green cardstock: 3 1/2" (Tie)

Green pattern paper: 3 1/2" (tie stripes)

I wanted to share this card I made for my bestie Tanya.

 

Life is a party (CC): white cardstock: 5" (card)

Formal ocassions (CC): glitter paper:  6" (circle)

Green cardstock:  4" (flower)

light blue cardstock: 4"

blue patterned paper:  4"

 

The light blue cardstock I used the swiss dots embossing folder and on the stem I used green stickles!

I hope it cheered her up and put a smile on her face!

Mcy D Surprise

I just had to share this....
I went to the McDonalds and got a happy meal (Yes 28 yearold getting a kids meal with a toy) In my defense I hadn't eaten all day and it was really late at night.

I made this for a challenge for my friend Amy! Her favorite colors are pink, purple, & red I needed to use her youtube name on it. I had fun with some down times. I love it but I wasnt sure about it before!
I created everything from scratch w/ the help of my beloved cricut.

Butterfly card

Hi Everyone!
I made this card from a small pack of notecards from the $ aisle at Michaels. I love Michaels!
I thought it was a great card it just needed some spicing up! (Plainsville)
So I was playing around and came up with this lovely card.....

Create a Critter (CC): Green cardstock: 1 1/2"
                                     Aqua cardstock: 1 1/2"
                                     Light purple cardstock (Lilac): 1 1/2"
Formal Occassions (CC): Gray cardstock: 2 3/4"
                                          Black cardstock: 2 3/4"

I used D'vine swirls embossing folder on the black cardstock.
Sentiment from Pink Stamper "Buggie Punnies" " Fluttering by to say hi"
I love her stamps! If I found more I would love to have them!
The card was purplem and silver houndstooth pattern. It was plenty shiny!

Bee card

Hey Everyone!
I made this card from a pack of notecards I got at arget in the $ aisle. They were just little white cards with yellow flowers. I thought they were a bit boring so I started playing around with my cricut and this is what I cam up with......

 

 

I loved this stamp from the pink stamper "buggie punnies" and I was so happy I found an excuse to use it! (High quality clear stamps, they are all discontinued because she is takinga break) I would like all of her stamps, but I cant have it all so for right now I am satisfied with the couple I have.

Bees love flowers!

Create a Critter (CC): Yellow cardstock: 3"
                                    Black cardstock: 3" (and cut out a shadow)
                                     White glitter paper: 3"

Stamped the sentiment "Your the bee's knees" with black on white cardstock and cut it out with scalloped scisors. Put black stickles on the stinger and the attenaes.
Love how this turned out and I loved doing it!

Sea Creature ATC

Hi everyone!

 

This was so much fun to make and I feel it turned out so beautiful. I dont want to give it up for an ATC swap, but I guess I am going to have to make one for myself!

 

Sea Creature ATC

 Create a critter (CC): Grass 3 different shades of green: 2 1/2"

     :See floor Orange shades: 3"

: Scallop in Teal Blue: 1/2"

: Starfish inLight pink: 3/4"

Lifes a beach (CC): Seahorse: Yellow: 2 3/4"

                                                  Orange: 2 3/4"

Seaweed: 3 different shades of green: 2 1/2" and 2 3/4"

Used D'vine swirls to emboss the background and 3 different shades of blue ink. I distressed all the edges with the black fluid chalk ink plus the edges of the scallop and the starfish and the floor, and rubbed a tiny bit of the blackon the floor. I used the swiss dots embossing folder on the top layer of the horse and dabbed an orange ink on top to bring out the dots.

 

I loved doing this one and it came out fantastic! Dove I think you may love this one!
